Overall the hotel had spacious and clean rooms and good food. The only problem however is that the behaviour of the hotel staff seemed very cold and unwelcoming.

Over priced n beds are very low quality.... mattresses are slipping out from the bed . , 😀😀😀......

Location wise, the property is on the main road and easy to locate. The rooms are spacious and clean. However, the house keeping and room service is somewhat slow. There are certain basic things that could be provided like a foot towel, an ironing board, etc. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Pros.. Location is good Food was pretty good Cleanliness is of top notch Staff response is of top notch Cons… Room size is small given the price considered Amenities could have been better Roof top restaurant cum bar staff are fraud (for more details you can call me)

the receptionist's behaviour is very humble and polite. Being a customer always asks for good behaviour from Hotel management which i have received. thanks

Location is good, room disappointed me as the bedsheet is having stain of beetle nut. And surprisingly, the cloth material slippers is asking for Rs50 per pair from hotel team. For the first time, I experienced such thing in any hotel.It seems like Day by day, the quality maintainance is decreasing. But Resturant is good, it's staff is also good.

Not worth money at all. Service was poor. No parking for visitors car. No service staff. Overall not upto the mark compared to tariff

I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights recently along with my family. As were attending a wedding we had booked around 6 rooms. I found the hotel very dirty and poorly maintained. The worst was the housekeeping. All the sheets and towels were dirty and had stains even though they were given to us as fresh sheets. The housekeeping department was short staffed and cleans our rooms later in the evening even after multiple requests. We were staying on the 6th floor and the 7th floor is a bar, hence the 6th floor was very noisy specially at night. However the restaurant was great with very good service staff. The food was tasty and in room dining was efficient. The wifi was very weak and did not work well even after multiple complaints. Nogaon needs a good hotel and even though rishiraj has the potential it is not a professionally managed hotel and lacks basic cleanliness, housekeeping and general upkeep.

Rooms were very dirty, we asked the staff to clean the rooms but they didn't. It's not worth the money. They charged 4700 for a night but the money we paid is not worth the facility that the hotel provides.
