Accomodation is nice, staff service is good. Hotel food taste needs to enhance. Over all staffs are good.

The atmosphere around the hotel is beautiful but room service is very poor, the television are not working, wifi service is not available, kettle is not working and their is no privacy.

Not at all value for money. No cleaness. Toilets are not with gizzard. Below standard.

The luxury rooms were not at all upto the mark. Bathrooms were smelly. The sofa was old and the electrical connections were open.

Rooms are terribly old and non maintained. Paid 1000 extra for breakfast and got some puris and watery curry. Dnt stay. Not fair price. Overly charged.

Best for middle class family. Rates are affordable for us. Very good resort for halting one night those who are travel-ling by road from upper assam towards guwahati and vise versa. With thanks.

Service is too poor. Rooms are located faraway from office. No intercom available. Poor foods. Breads were with fungus as expiry date over. Hazardous for children if not noticed.

No safety measures such as cleanliness, sanitizing room, bathroom and lobby. Bedsheets and pillows were having stains. No dental kit and sleeper. Poor rating for hotel

Location - centrally located and close to the national park. The property is beautiful and the rooms are spacious but is run down, maintenance not done properly. Food - ok, ok not bad but it took more than an hour and half to serve dinner service - there was no water in the morning had to wait for sometime to get the water running, no geyser as well, taps in the washroom were broken. We had booked 2 rooms of 2 +3, they were insisting on giving a mattress only to be put on the floor for the third person we had to tell them several times to get an extra bed instead. Overall the stay was ok since we were out of the hotel mostly but the hotel has a lot of scope to improve
There was no covid 19 specific precautions. No temperature check, no sanitisation or sanitisers available.

Good time spent with beautiful ambience

I reached the resort at about 4 pm and they receipt us immediately and took to the allotted room. I liked their sincerity. I think this is one of the good resort at Kaziranga.

Clean, peaceful, easily accessible, very professional behaviour of the staff.

Good for romantic holidays. Food is bit costly but quality is good.
