Hotel BonVilla Retreat and Resort, Kaziranga

Staff were nice, food is too costly but tasty, room condition is not so good, lot of insects and hair follicles in bed.

I reached hotel with my wife and daughter around 9pm due to the traffic. Since we were tired, I wanted to have a peaceful sleep. But sone birthday celebrations was going on. They didn't stop till 3 am and the staff didn't say anything. The next day we went to the pool I'm the morning which was unclean with insects crawling in the water. Lunch and breakfast was average. I would rate my experience to be average.

The fan was was not working, In tv they don't have any recharge the menu has a grilled sandwich but they don't have any griller if asked they told mantanance issue

Hotel is good but foods are very costly and Services needs to improve. Swimming pool is awesome and other things are good overall.

Property is good. Spacious and having lovely swiming pool. Rooms are large and clean. Staffs are very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much. They arranged jeep safari for us and we really had very eventful animal viewing. Our overall experience in the hotel was good

amenities are 👍 good but scope of improvement. staff service is also good and helpful food was average need alot of improvement, taste was average and food presention is also to be improved

The room and stay was okaish but the hospitality and food served by the staff was very well looked after. The staff wasvery well behaved.

Pool was dirty it was not cleaned flies where there…pool not maintained properly…paying for all the facilities but was disappointed with the pool facilities

The ambience is nice. The check-in was comfortable. Swimming pool isn't accessible unless you pay 500 rupees per person for costume, doesn't matter if you have swimwear of your own.

Nice rooms. The manager and staff are very nice and helpful! The food is also good they also provide various other services which are worth trying out!

Room interior phone is not working breakfast not given after payment of 300 rupees room service is very terrible i have to give many reminders to them. Bathroom is not cleaned as well. Room clean is very pathetic.

Room was clean but extra disturbance due to bar & restaurant above. Service is worst again. Thorough out the night there was fight going on. God knows who are thay.

Just two kms from biodiversity park and kohora safari gate. However if you are keen to visit bogari gate then it will be far. Takes around thirty minutes one way. Beautiful property with reasonable rate. Staff is quite humble and assist throughout. Special shout out to mr naresh. And the gm who took special efforts to interact with us and ask about our comfort during stay. Thanks a lot. Will be back soon.

*honest review* the main reason why i chose this hotel was because it was written as having free access to swimming pool. But seems it was only for showcase. They will find hundred ways to say why you can't use swimming pool. You will have to take constume of your own if not they will rent it for 250 rs for one person. The instructor who manages swimming pool doesn't even reply properly. She simply days you can't go to the swimming pool. On a positive note, apart from my pool experience, other things were good/avg. I didn't get the room i booked but a different one. It was good located at second floor. Swimming pool is nice but one should get their own swimming costume to get in or pay for costumes rs. 250 pp provided by the hotel. Food is also good but little overpriced.

Location of the property is very good. Behaviour of the staff is gentle. Food is very delicious but expensive and the delivery of food is slow.On an average it took an hour to deliver the food.
