Its a very clean property with clean rooms and well behaved staffs having great facilities with tasty food

I had a truly disappointing experience at this place called KAZIRANGA RESORT (WITH SWIMMING POOL) We were initially drawn to this property by its advertised amenities, particularly the swimming pool. However, upon arrival, we found that the pool was completely out of service— Our dissatisfaction led us to check out immediately, but the hotel staff refused to refund even half of the amount, showing no accountability for their misleading advertisement. Despite multiple attempts, they offered no meaningful support or compensation, leaving us feeling entirely disregarded. This experience was a major letdown,

Facilities are not adequate for staying with family. No geysers, no tv and overall y not maintained cleanliness. Water was not available for whole day, ac was not functioning properly. Need to upgrade the facilities for staying with family.

Very bad service and rooms are not hygienic. The price is higher than their quality. Not acceptable

I always love my stay here. Because the staffs are friendly and helpful, the owner coordinates every guest and take feedback. Dive in swimming pool. Food is cheap and best

Clean rooms, polite staff, jeep and elephant safari can be arranged by then at reasonable rates (pls inform in advance for elephant safari. Hot water geyser available, electric kettle also provided on request, room service for eateries also available along with a dining area. At the rear side, well built farm area, bonfire also arranged by owner. Owner a perfect guy.

They provided worst room. Provided dirty blankets and used blankets. Hot water was not there. Rooms were next to kitchen and there was lot of noise we could not sleep. Worst ever service.

We stayed at the resort for a day, and the experience was very awful! not even clean bedsheets and towels were provided and the room was unhygienic. The only good thing was that there was hot water 24/7

Misbehaved, horrible food, taste less, in the menu it was written puri sabji but they gave dal and puri. They are not at all courteous, horrible stay, no room service in the morning,

Rooms were so expensive as a non ac room and breakfast was also not good. Only 1 item that is puri sabji

The hotel rooms are not properly cleaned, old furniture, high cost for no reason. They could not provide us food as the cook was in leave. Inappropriate for a resort in a tourist destination.
