I had a wonderful stay at Cygnett Inn Imperial, Tezpur. The hotel had all amenities, and the room was well furnished. The staff were both professional and courteous in their interactions. Will definitely be going back whenever I am in Tezpur.

Excellent Stay, Beautiful Room
Overall Experience was very good, stayed for a night and had a great time. Highlights - The club room was spacious, super clean, fresh interior, awesome balcony(but shared one). Helpful staff and good food. Receptionists and staff were welcoming and helpful. Dinner(Veg) was good and tasty. Location is correct as on google maps. Overall property is very well maintained. Room we stayed was a Club room. Room was very neat and clean including bathroom, fresh interior and large in size. Beautiful Tezpur city view from the shared balcony. Toiletries, Handwash, bathing soap, dental kit all provided. Linen, Sheets and towels were fresh and clean. Enough car parking space available in the basement, be careful while entering as its little steep specially for sedan cars.

Best Hotel in the town within budget
I always prefer cygnett imperial inn for my stay. The staffs are super good and rooms hygiene is well maintained . For food do try their kolkata biryani

Average Stay
Everything was great. food, amenities, service, check ins. our local guide in Tezpur who recommended us the hotel had come to visit us at the restaurant and we were questioned twice whether we were taking our guide to our room which was against the hotel rules. Even though there was no reason for such an accusation by the staff, our local guide felt embarassed by their behaviour towards us. other than that there was hotel stay was good and will look forward to it the next time. A place for premium stay.
One of the best hotels in Tezpur. Definitely a premium one. Everything from the breakfast to the hygine was top notch. Definitely recommended.

Food- In room dining food price is high compared to same catagory hotel in Tezpur. Facilities- saving kit,Comb was not in room, provided on request. It is a basic requirement and it should be in room with this catagory room.

Good Stay
It was a good stay. However, the restaurants service is not up to the mark. I've given my order and they have given me the food after one hour and their fitness Centre also is not up to the mark, AC is not working in the gym.otherwise entire stay was fantastic.
