Good Location, Value for Money Stay
The property is located in a prime area, just opposite the ASTC bus stand, which makes it very convenient for travelers. The food quality is good and reasonably priced — cheap and best value for money. Room service was also satisfactory and prompt. However, the only area of improvement is the complimentary breakfast, which could be of better quality. Overall, my stay was pleasant and comfortable, and I would rate it 4 out of 5.

Dear Guest, Our rooms are properly cleaned before every check-in. Even after you complained, our staff cleaned your room two to three times, yet nothing could satisfy you. What is more disappointing is the way you misbehaved and spoke rudely with our staff. At Niraloy Hotel, we treat both our staff and our guests like family, and we expect the same respect in return. We value every guest, but we do not accept such behavior towards our team. If someone cannot maintain basic respect, we do not wish to host such customers. Thank you for choosing Hotel Niraloy.

Clean and new hotel, just opposite to ASTC bus
Very new hotel with a clean washroom. Staff behaviour is good and breakfast is complementary. Hygiene is maintained except the blankets don't have cover. They should arrange cover for the blankets

My stay at Niraloy!
A very good hotel in a very good location. Just few seconds away from ASTC bus stand. Staff behavior is very good with excellent service, on top of that very neat and clean room with good food and well maintained decorum. Also, the room’s infrastructure is good - that of a modern day infrastructure. If you ever come to Tezpur, you can try this hotel as it is a budget friendly one! Had a 2 night stay and was an excellent experience overall.
