Cygnett Inn Imperal is locatedin the centre of the market area and is very good property with helpful staffs. The rooms are clean and spacious. Here you will get some great shopping centers like, RelianceTrends, Smart Bazaar, Vishal mall, Tanishq, Pantaloons etc in the same vincinity. The breakfast spread was also good.

The property is good and neat and clean. The facilities are up to date and well maintained. The location is also good.

On the evening of October 17th, I attempted to order room service at 9:50 PM but received no response from the restaurant despite multiple attempts. After calling reception three times for assistance, I was assured of a callback that never materialized. I eventually went to bed without dinner after waiting until 10:45 PM.The poor service continued at breakfast the following morning, where a simple tea order went unfulfilled despite a 25-minute wait, forcing me to leave without my beverage.For a hotel of Cygnet's reputation, such basic service lapses are unacceptable. The lack of responsiveness from both restaurant and reception staff suggests systemic issues that management needs to address urgently. Guests expect reliable communication and timely service, especially for fundamental needs like food and beverage.I hope the management takes immediate steps to improve their service standards and staff training to ensure future guests don't face similar disappointments.

Stay at Cygnett was very comfortable. It is in heart of city. They have good parking space and rooms are decent size. Toilets were clean and breakfast was very good. Breakfast menu was really elaborate and they had live performances of fluit player. He played some really good krishna bhajan. Over all they are a good hotel.

The location of this property is good with stores like pantaloons and reliance trends in the same vicinity. The food tasted great and rooms are exceptionally well kept... all in all a great experience during my stay in Cygnett Inn Imperial, Tezpur. Thanks

I had a wonderful stay at Cygnett Inn Imperial, Tezpur. The hotel had all amenities, and the room was well furnished. The staff were both professional and courteous in their interactions. Will definitely be going back whenever I am in Tezpur.

Overall Experience was very good, stayed for a night and had a great time. Highlights - The club room was spacious, super clean, fresh interior, awesome balcony(but shared one). Helpful staff and good food. Receptionists and staff were welcoming and helpful. Dinner(Veg) was good and tasty. Location is correct as on google maps. Overall property is very well maintained. Room we stayed was a Club room. Room was very neat and clean including bathroom, fresh interior and large in size. Beautiful Tezpur city view from the shared balcony. Toiletries, Handwash, bathing soap, dental kit all provided. Linen, Sheets and towels were fresh and clean. Enough car parking space available in the basement, be careful while entering as its little steep specially for sedan cars.

I always prefer cygnett imperial inn for my stay. The staffs are super good and rooms hygiene is well maintained . For food do try their kolkata biryani

Everything was great. food, amenities, service, check ins. our local guide in Tezpur who recommended us the hotel had come to visit us at the restaurant and we were questioned twice whether we were taking our guide to our room which was against the hotel rules. Even though there was no reason for such an accusation by the staff, our local guide felt embarassed by their behaviour towards us. other than that there was hotel stay was good and will look forward to it the next time. I have the booked through Make my trip. The stay at hotel is really very good especially I enjoyed the breakfast which is very very healthy and delicious.

The food is good,the night view from the window is just wow,the staffs are responsible and respond as fast as they can,hygiene is properly maintained in the room…overall it’s a great stay there

Very good hotel , bfast spread was good , staff is also very humble. Room size is excellent.lobby is small as compared to green woods. Bar is also good.

One of the best hotels in Tezpur. Definitely a premium one. Everything from the breakfast to the hygine was top notch. Definitely recommended.

Food- In room dining food price is high compared to same catagory hotel in Tezpur. Facilities- saving kit,Comb was not in room, provided on request. It is a basic requirement and it should be in room with this catagory room.

It was clean and pleasant. The staffs' behavior was exceptionally hospitable. They were so nice and friendly and professional.
