The stay was decent, the food, staff, view everything was really good but the rooms infra can be worked on a bit

Had a terrible experience at jungleciti kazinranga. 1. The room had a leaking toilet. Every-time the toilet flush was used, there was water spillage on the floor. 2. The hotel manager mr. Biku was extremely rude, un co- operative and refused to admit the leaking toilet issue. Even after making videos of the problem and showing him live, he refused to act. Had to insist on talking to the owner for a room change, which happened only the next day. 3. The food was really bad. Very limited breakfast buffet options. The staff refused to serve ala carte at dinner and the dinner buffet was very limited. Had to hire cabs to eat out for both meals. 4. They would forget to switch on the water pump as a result fir both days of my stay, there was temporary water shortage. 5. Over all very bad experience after paying so much of money. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone. They spoil t our entire stay in kazinrangha

Location is good but it’s a very avg room and hotel. Not much for kids. Food is just okay with not many choices

Excellent is the only words to say. Plastic free resort. No single use plastic and very clean place. Environment friendly global standards in sustainability. Management is very ⚠️cautious.

Bagori zone exceptionally great tiger sighting zone. The resort is just a 2 mins away to the ride entry point. The forest is close. Epass services are offered by Jungleciti Hospitality. We booked advance by calling their helpline. fast services and they provided us a great safari guide who made our trip more excited.

The stay was pleasant. Food was ok but it will be good if the menu include more items. The kids enjoyed the breakfast spread.

I stayed here for two nights the stay was excellent. This place is super eco friendly and recommended for quiet stay just nearby 2 kms distance from the park. Food services are good. Clean place. Extra 5 stars for free glass water bottles.

To start with, excellent staff behaviour. Great manager at the reception. Food taste was great during our 2 days stay with family, however availability of certain items like egg, sausage, chicken was compromised. The ambience is good if you are looking for a silent getaway. Ac in both our rooms was a disappointment. I assume the place where the ac's are put up, doesn't make the room cool enough. For a humid summer this could be a major turn off. I appreciate their power back up. Most of the time due to rains there was no electricity, however we were covered at all times.

Property location is very close to western side. Neat and clean room, polite staff and average food.

Property's location is too away from main park and orchid garden, but it's too peaceful and plea-sent location, food, amenities and services also excellent

Five star services in this boutique resort in kaziranga. No plastic it is a plastic free resort sustainable and 100% eco friendly. Go for it. Even the linen reuse program and reuse of towels were done properly here. Food services are excellent. They have their Services in Dubai also.

Stay was comfortable hot water was not working no proper management for food and drinks we have booked the premium room river front but they provide normal stay. Location of hotel is very near by *kaziranga national park* river view is nice just reminding the view of farmhouse property is good very few rooms in term of value to money i ll say it is costly stay near by more options are there in cheaper rates

Mr. Rajkhowa the manager here is helpful. We enjoyed our stay in jungleciti. Breakfast i had chicken cheese filled sausages and half fry and baked beans. Excellent view from room 103 and 104 direct river face. Wild animal seen across the diphulu river. Five stars. It is a taj hospitality.

Best stay and safari experience in kaziranga bagori range. Safari services were excellent, rooms are spacious food facilities are good. Mix cuisine. Recommended. Enjoy

The very best tourist facility near the western range kaziranga national park. We enjoyed our stay here. The customer service is excellent. Fresh grown dhani and radish and mustard saagwala curry we loved. They created fresh garden fresh special mix veg for us. The mustard saagwala chicken is a special dish made out of the seasonal mustard saag. Grilled chicken with lemon butter sauce is a great starter. The breakfast is great. We enjoyed the coffee day take away facility in resorts restaurant free during breakfast hours from 5 am they serve breakfast on special request for safari's booked with them. They do not work late night hours but during the day they are divided in to shift working hours during the day time. Pro active management. You will always find a owners representative moving around the resort monitoring the facility. 4. 8 stars from me. Advise : book the jungle safari's only with the resort and enjoy good services. Do not book safari's online through third party or makemytrip it will ruin your experience in kaziranga. Safari drivers of makemytrip are worst they do not come to pickup from resort and unnecessary they create trouble and you will miss breakfast if you book safari from makemytrip. Com or other third party when you are in kaziranga.

Comfortable rooms and decent food, especially the indian menu. Conveniently located just about 2km from the western gate into kaziranga.

Resort is right on the national highway. Lots of noise due to traffic. Dining options very limited. Very expensive for the price we paid

Excellent travel in kaziranga. Jungleciti house kaziranga operated by jungleciti company is the very best in kaziranga. We liked everything that was offered. We have also booked their dubai packages. Jungleciti dubai. Book a vip desert safari in jungleciti dubai.

Excellent place to stay in kaziranga national park. Every amenities we needed were available here. Thanks for the hospitality in the rare remote location of kaziranga.
