It was a pleasant stay with our family, we had booked 2 rooms and both were good except for a few issues with the bathroom which they fixed promptly. There was a smell in the water coming from the bathroom faucets most probably due the storage tank not cleaned for a while. What we liked the most was the hospitality from the workers there namely Abhishek, Shashank and Bahadur, who were on their toes and ready to help when needed. I’d recommend staying at their place if they could iron out the few issues mentioned.

Staffs were very cooperative and polite. Nice peaceful location with a good ambiance. They've provided me a spacious, clean room with an attached balcony which I liked the most. They provided home-cooked food which was good in quality and taste. I will recommend this property to my friends.

For 3 people room is very small and congested. Room cleanliness didn't seem to be great. The tea kettle was uncleaned kept. Washroon was having inventory only for one person inspite of reminding they didn't arrange.

Serviced apartment without any required services. They do not have food. They do not have transportation.
The Hotel Manger is very rude and does not respect the guests. He is very moody. Even after paying for room extension stay for 2 rooms, he called the guests to check out 5 times at 12.15 pm on the day before the check-out. The booking for MakeMyTrip was for 4 days and we extended to 5th day by paying cash a day before, but the manager did not bother to check details and was arguing. We had to ask for CCTV footage for proof. Other staff is good and they too know that the Manager is psychic. If the manager is changed, I am sure the hotel services will improve. 5 to 6 police were called to settle matter and the owner management was also called. This service apartment will not do business if they keep such stupid managers who do not respect guests and argues in arrogant manner. It was a terrible experience. Really not recommended. We could have sued the hotel legally, but the owner intervened and we thought to leave the matter since we were travelling.
