Review Of Hotel Vijay Palace

I along with my father booked a room at vijay palace but i must say this my experience was pathetic. Room was like i m in a community hall or public place. No toiletries, no hot water source, no towel, smokey bad smell. Very much disappointed.

Hotel staff charges extra money for loundry service. Very rude behaviour. Zero mark for room cleaning and other services.

Room was having smell & not clean. Blanket cover was dirty. Bathroom was just ok. It was not a very pleasant stay as compared to my previous stay in same hotel. Need to improve.

Bedsheet was very dirty

I had a very worst experience in this hotel like bedbugs in the bed, bedsheets are not properly cleaned etc.

It was in perfect chip condition, no facilities were available, this room was not clean at all, there was no hot water arrangement, according to the hotel i had booked, it should have been a very cheap hotel. As per the photos available, the hotel is in poor condition. There is no provision of hot water in the hotel and it is bad clean. And neither was it on nor was the tv on.

So much smell in the room and so much moscotow

Hotel location is very good it is in front of rani kamla patio station easy to reach. Staff is good and its canteen food is reasonable and tasty. Room and bathroom was clean and spacious.

The hotel is average, the staff is so cooperative. Bed sheet and blanket very old

Unhygienic, foul smell in the room, stained bedsheets, cockroaches roaming around, no hot water, very very bad behaviour of the staff. Not recommended, railway dormitory room is better than this hotel.

Rooms were infested with cockroaches, cleanliness was not upto the mark, leaking tap. Not a good experience.
