House was under painting , still booking was taken, no tv but shown in pics, projector was of bad quality , no proper speaker , kitchen and other spaces of house was filled with dust. They said one time break fast - but only one item was offered , quality of food was undercooked and tasted horrible.

Unfortunately, our stay was marred by several issues. The pool was in a disgusting state, which was a major letdown since it was the main reason I booked. We even tried asking the caretaker to clean it, and they put acid in it, but it didn't work - the pool was literally green and unusable. The property also needed some maintenance attention, with dust everywhere. The front yard was also quite dirty. To make matters worse, the caretaker's family would often come and start cooking dinner while we were staying, which invaded our privacy. Additionally, we were shocked to be asked to pay ₹1200 just to use the kitchen, even for something as basic as heating water. And to top it all off, breakfast wasn't complimentary as expected.

Great Villa and the pool and caretakers were good

I recently stayed at a villa, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The property was exactly as described on Google—spacious, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. From the moment we arrived, the caretaker made us feel at home with their attentive service and friendly demeanor. They ensured everything we needed was taken care of promptly, making our stay stress-free. The villa was perfect for hosting our party event, with ample space, a well-equipped kitchen, and a beautiful outdoor area ideal for celebrations. The ambiance was serene yet lively, and all our guests were impressed. Highly recommend this property for a memorable stay!

The place was nice with ample of amenities. All rooms were equipped with toiletries, lighting was amazing. Sometime during the day it gets a bit warm. It would have been great if there were some acs.
