Pathetic service, AC was leaking and my laptop was hampered because of that, I had to wait for 30 mins for anything if I asked from kitchen

Very Nice Near Clean . Good Food . Nice Staff Gaurav has been very helpful at check in. House keeping service was not provided. Studio Rooms were not given on the same Floor When Families are booking recommend to book Two bed room or one bed room apartment . If families are booking there should be a suggestion to talke two Bed Room apartment. We were visiting for medical reasons and that is why it was required to stay together in one apartment.

As this was my third or fourth visit to the same property and I always liked being there but this time the experience was not pleasant at all. There were ants in the room, the parking was a huge issue, they do not replace toiletries in time, the security guard didn’t have a clue what they were doing and the staff response was not pleasant

Room was good but service was really poor. I needed water around 11pm. Tried calling reception and phone number given by them. No response. Had to use swiggy for water in middle of night.

Property is extra strict with their rules for no real reason. A friend came to see us before we changed and leave, even in those 2 mins they came asking us to make the visitor leave.

The rooms are poorly cleaned the aisles are poorly cleaned

- issue with checkin, had to wait for a long time. - ⁠the caretaker talks to a person not at the property and further they talk to the owner of the property for any issue- this 3 level communication chain is a waste of time. - ⁠loved the 1bhk serviced apartment room. - ⁠the studio room is one to avoid - still under construction i think, it is too small overall, and is thus overpriced. it doesnt have a shower, bathroom too small, no toiletries provided at all - had requested for that but only provided shampoo and handwash after 45 mins.

Excellent location and accessibility. Service turnaround could improve. Excellent condition of facility.
