Accomadation was ok.. Good ambience..Good service..staffs are very polite. foo is overrated.. otherwise best option

The view from the top was mesmerizing. The room was a bit small to our liking but the view made up for it a lot. the coz bed and bed spread, warm water in the taps, coffee whenever we asked for it made the experience damn good. Definitely recommend for a short stay.

The staff doesn't maintain proper records of booking. This made a delay in checkin. No restaurant available and delay in food service. In sufficient staff to maintain the property.

One of the most beautiful place to stay in kuttikkanam. The mountain view is amazing. The resort is located at top height of mountain.

Very potential property. Maybe good one in the old days but i think due to some reason it may be closed down for some years and now opened. Now the propeerty is not maintained. Room is full of fungus cannot use the cupboard and no toiletries. No television. No hot water. Not recommending this place

It’s just a place on the hill, no mineral water, no oral care kit and place is not maintained. Ne had to ask for a cup of tea and breakfast (no buffet)

hotel will not allow the bachelor and drinks. But that hotel only for those who go for party. Family can't stay there. I just stayed there for 3 hours only. Even the room boy also saying that the bachelors allowed for staying. Kindly verify with the resorts peoples. Very bad staying Rooms also not ready we we go for staying

Not a good experience, a bit of bad experience to reach the hotel ( due to steep roads and hairpin bends. In house service very bad, rooms poorly maintained. Only good thing was that they provided extra bed free of cost

Property's location is the best. Food, neither i asked nor they; hence, no comments about food. Amenities and services, i think as it was off-season, it is better if you could not expect.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

To reach there is a bit difficult with family. Also there is no hot water(they had only solar heater. The room is ok ok. Tv in the room was not working. They charged for this kind of facility! no breakfast included in it. Only advantage is the view from the room. But luckily we got a side room so we couldn't able to see the mountain view from the room! totally average!

Lokarpan is nose and google pay for it was a great day of these things to say that you are not going

Only plus point is the location, rest everything is utter disappointment. They provided only one bath towel, no hot water, no toiletries and not any basic amenities. Please don’t waste your money

They provided excellent hospitality that made us feel at home. The resort's view was quite breathtaking.

The stay is not good for family. Poor customer service and no room spaces as well. The staffs also are not welcoming.

We have an unplanned travel but got very good play and the staffs are welcoming and kindful. Enjoy the stay
