All Good experiences more than my expectations like receptionist behaviour, Room Service, Food , Washroom , and all other things related to my stay…I feel more comfortable than other hotels in this area..

Room was not clean and toilet dustbin was full with debris. Although supporting team was helpful and they cleaned room & changed bedsheets.

The hotel room was very neat and clean everything is good for family purposes silent metres around in the corridor, is the best room service but on things is bad in the bathroom cobweb around everywhere. Just need to take care of this.

Service at krystal klyde was abysmal, i booked their suite which is supposed to be their most expensive room at their property but to my surprise, wifi wasn’t even working and on top of that there was a rodent in the room (mouse) also their jacuzzi wasn’t working properly. They had a poor housekeeping service as well, we were only offered 4 small bottles of water and thereafter no follow up was made to provide more water and when we called for extra water bottles it took them half an hour to get us the water. All in all my stay was not pleasant at all and would strongly recommend the hotel administration to work on their service level.
