The staff is very friendly in nature. Giving some points on that..Room facilities are basic covered your ac tv working area. washroom needs repairing as tiles and infra is old . in complimentary breakfast,you will get only parantha tea. Poor hospitality.. no food service untudy bedsheets and rooms.. the food service was pathetic.. we included breakfast while booking and was served a single parantha in it that too without any curd butter pickle anything Already done

Bad service only because there was a program in nova and all hotels are booked you get this hotel which gets packed for no options left or else noways we can stay here

Wifi not good

1. No hot water facility 2. Room is not very clean 3. Dinner order delayed

Overall very good experience spacious and clean rooms & well behaved staff location is very convenient.

Very easy to find location, good behaviour by staff. Good property. Rooms are near and clean little bit problem of tv channels
