Food was good and property was safe

I was booked in a Deluxe room with breakfast when I reach the hotel. I was told that deluxe room is not available I asked them to provide me with an alternate room. So they said, super deluxe room, a c is not working I have no other option to take a standard room while paying for a deluxe room I will never recommend this hotel for anyone

Excellent room and cleaning was also good but car parking is not good

The management facility of a staff is worst. The order for dinner was delivered after 1 hour to my room and the breakfast which is already included in my bill was not given to me, staff denied it by making excuses that kitchen staff is not available. Overall worst experience. Please do not stay there.

My stay they have made it memorable, i will gonna prefer this hotel only for future as well. My amit he is front manger it’s behavior is very nice
