Hi, There was some issue in check in.. it was not smooth. Like we had to stay at reception for 10-15 mins. They didn't have any record . We had shown our booking on app and also shown paytm transaction. Secondly the facility of water availability over our need was delayed nd asked twice for that. In rooms we find some gaps like availability of slippers, comb, spoon.
