It was good experience staff are well behaved and location is beat you will get everything around also the food of hotel is good too

The corridors had a strong, unpleasant odor, which made walking through them uncomfortable. The bedsheets definitely need to be changed — they were old, and did not feel clean. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel need serious improvement.

The hotel was conveniently located near several attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with a well-stocked minibar. The staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. Best in Mira Road, great ambiance, service and staff. Food is also great as well as lot of good outlets near hotels

Bed and toilet cloths not tidy need to replace the bed sheets and napkins and towels

i stay there for 2 days but there was no cleanness blanket was old n dirty ac was doing lot of noise n wat to say about bathroom there no exhaust n towel too old n used n no shower gel no shampoo nothing was provided .its our emergency so we need to stay der otherwise i will not recommend anyone .

Hotel was expensive and the towels provide was not in good condition and Also aç was making noise and was not working properly . Also the dental kit provided was extra cost .

I have visited through mmt, room was in dirt condition when we entered, for water bottle they have charged 40 rupees per bottle
