I booked a hotel, but when I reached the location, no signboard, nothing! I called them, but their phone was out of recharge. Somehow I managed to find it, It was an old, pathetic room they were trying to dump on me. And when I complained, they had to say, “We are giving you a room.” The staff’s behavior was absolutely horrible, and the hotel. I didn’t even stay there, and to top it off, there’s no refund policy!

there's no reception, they rented 2 rooms and they are renting those 2 rooms, There are only 2 persons like house keeping to just attend the call and give room, Room was very Dirty, Very Bad smells, no one will be able to stay there, I booked for 2 days to stay along with the family but I was very disappointed, When I checked about the room status with that person , he was very rude and I realised , later I again spent money and booked rooms, when I asked for rent they said me to get with Make my trip.

My experience is very poor. Room which was shown in the pics are not there, they will provide you some room. I have to wait for 3 hours to get some suitable room. They didnt know the password of wifi also. Seriously this is my worst experience.

Property is neat and clean, bathroom hygiene is good..if anybody search for peaceful stay then it is a good option..but this property is far away from many temples of Vridavan..

The stay was bad. No cleanliness nothing was as per the description or photos mentioned.

I would not recommend staying at this property. The reality is far from what is shown in the pictures. The management does not change the bedsheets after a guest checks out, nor do they provide basic essentials like towels or pillow covers, citing reasons such as high rush and lack of availability. The TV in the room doesn’t work, and their excuse is that it doesn’t work in any room. The lobby is filled with garbage as cleaning is only superficial. The washroom condition is appalling—it’s not even worth discussing. There wasn’t even a mug, and the geyser didn’t work, so I had to take a bath using water from the washbasin tap and a bottle. If the management cannot maintain the property, they should consider shutting it down instead of exploiting customers. This experience was extremely disappointing.

Same property is registered in various names. Poor maintenence, no cleaning, beds very very uncomfortable to sleep, no attendant available at the premises and so many others.

Worst experience ever, this place is unauthorized and much away from main vrindavan area, No good food services and also rooms are untidy.

Location wise its good place to stay, but the rooms are really as hell out there. No clean bathroom, bedsheets, etc. Only can say not worth it as much they charge.

Very worst experience, the location is at very remote place from main vrindavan, also this homestay is unauthorized, there is no board or hoardding of this homestay anywhere, rooms are unhygienic and also service is very bad,

It is totally worthless, trust me. Please note few things before booking: 1. No cleanliness 2. No public transport 3. E-rickshaw available but they charge 400 rupees for each ride. The reason is, location is available inside 1. 5 km from main rode. 4. As per the google map, location is incorrect. The exact location is, omaxe city (the clarksinn hotel) 5. No food availability at all. 6. No drinking water available 7. No security 8. If you try to reach out to them, they are not going to pick your call. If they pick up first time, then not going to fulfill your need/requirement. 9. I would suggest to check, please don’t book at all. Otherwise will have to regret later as we did.
