I have never seen a worst hotel like this very unprofessional and nothing works great at that hotel

Convenient location, decent rooms at affordable price. Located at the center, easy access to all landmarks

Staff are not aware of the booking. They brought a manual bill for one day, i have booked for 2 days and the payment was done

It was a pleasant experience at k pm residency. The staff was hospitable and friendly. It’s in the heart of the town. Easy access to everything. Will definitely be looking back to this place if i ever need a stay in perinthalmanna again.

I had a foul smell in my room, the room bedsheets and pillow cover blackish. Bathroom was european but didn't have pipe washer in closet. Staff's were well behaved and had a helping nature.

No bed lamp in room no intercom in room fan is running slow with sound lot of mosquitoes. Totally worst stay

I was expected a good stay in k pm residency, unfortunately it was bad stay, not hygienic, no soap, very bad smell all over the room especially bed had very bad smell, i suppose to vacate by 11 but i vacated early beacuse the room was not comfort to stay long,

Bathroom was not cleaned properly, bed sheet were old. No towel and soap provided. No drinking water.

Located in such a prime location and giving such bad service is horrible. Old bedsheets, not so clean bathroom, Ac doesn't work, uncleaned old water jug. First I thought will just leave the place but stayed because of very courteous staff. Please improve your hotel quality.

It was nice time with KPM Residency. Very neat and clean room and near to bus stand. Only one Thing i felt bad is mosquito.

Room was neat and the receptionist was good in responding to the food. Value for money and nearest to all shopping, food restaurants. Good service given by the doorman. Good to visit and stay at the centre of the city.

This is oldest property in perinthalmanna, they still maintains their charam. Rooms are old, but neat. Bed is clean and tidy. Room service, laundry wify available. Feel good experience. Lot of mall's, restaurant and shopping spot available nearby.

Location wise this is a good choice, but room quality and others are not OK, need to improve, I book a A/c Room, after switch on the A/c, it's work with noise. Not in normal sound an irritating sound. Other wise all in good .. Main attraction is location, near to stand.

It was pathetic stay in this hotel. Room was not clean and not well maintained and there is no air since no window for non AC rooms. I suffered a lot, make my trip shouldn't recommend this hotel at any cost. The window curtain has fully dust.

This hotel is situated in heart of city service from staff is OK. The room very congested and coat is not cleaned. There was water fill in bathroom and stinking also. I was totally felt bad. I gave advance payment through makemytrip thats why I forced to continue the stay... I am not happy with this booking.
