Hotel Malabar Grand & Malabar Restaurant

There was no iron box or iron board, and there was no hot water, a/c is not working in one room, no breakfast, no telephone to call for room service, wardrobe has issues, one blanket was provided in the room, untidy pillow and bedsheet, one soap was provided and there is no signal in television.

Even though in Deluxe Room Smells Odour and Not Even Have a Dental Kit.But It’s Near by To Town………..

Value for money, nearest city and hospitals, reception staff very good and friendly, room also value for money, totally i give 5/4

Totally different from expectations. In normal pipes hot water because in summer these days are very hot and that time you expectation or your first need is at-least normal water you want second ac is not working properly and no landline phone for calling any service in room

Poor room service, no telephone was there, ac was not cooling properly, bathroom drain was blocked, lights wese flickering, which was so irritating.

Basic amenities are present, no option for extra mattress however it was informed through phone that mattress will be available but unfortunately we didnt get any. Charging ports were all loosely connected even-though the provided external adapter it was found to be useless, could be an issue of my room. Staff were nice enough didnt have an issue with room check-in even-though we reached the hotel very late. The hotel is situated in town area and easier mobility options are available. Overall i had a good experience.

Overall, good. It's very near to perinthalmanna town. Neat and clean room. Staff attitude is nice.

Receptionist is not friendly, he is rude and i don't get me breakfast with my package.

They charged me extra for the hotel room with breakfast, and when i checked into the hotel, they said they don't offer breakfast and they don't even have a restaurant apparently. I asked for the extra payment collected for the breakfast to be refunded, and flatly and rudely declined. Very unhelpful and rude staff, and i am convinced that the owners are equally responsible for this cheating.

I stayed in ac double room. The experience was good and value for money. Only problem faced was some mosquitos and the matress was soft. Only issue was it put vertically so a gap was generating between two beds. If they put the bed horizontally, it will be better.

They never changed the clothes. Only one bottle for 3days

Easily one of the better rooms i've stayed in, in perinthelmanna. Clean linen and a clean washroom, at an affordable price.

Stay excellent, got upgraded to suites, staff all good.

Room was not tidy, there was no soap provided, the behavior of staff was rude, they didn't even provided breakfast till 9:30 and we left without having breakfast
