Excellent Stay
I have stayed in many hotels in Perinthalmanna city. This is my first time staying at Kallada Residency. Very clean rooms. Staff ready to help me with any need. Especially the staff were very good natured..Everything is close by as it is in the city center, hospitals and malls. Also restaurants. I am very happy with everything.
Room: DOUBLE NON AC (Couples less than 21 years of age are not allowed )
Terrible Stay
1. I visited the kallada resort but there are so many troubles with the ac and both room there is now window in rest room also rest room is separate from leaving room.
