No lift and no hot water in hotel

My room was in 3rd floor and no lift in this hotel and hot water not available.

Disappointed on cleanilesss, services and everything. Room was dirty with ants on bed spread, spider web, broken toilet seat. The worst incident happened early morning, when i felt something crawling on me, it was a rat. Pest control not in existence. I will never go there, worst stay in my life

No food, no welcome, just felt like a local lodge. No glasses to drink water, felt like a boring stay

No water in toilet, no intercom connection, no tv and also room service is not available. I booked a deluxe room in category but i got a goat house apparently it's not a good deal at all

Good stay nice caretaking. Staff were polite

Don't have proper lighting, bathroom was not good, not recommending

It is a peaceful area and very cleaned rooms

Room is too small for 1500. No food. Not even coffee or tea available. You have to get your food from outside. The very first moment when i opened the door. The door handle came in my hand. Then we need to call room service to fix it. We booked ac room. But till morning we slept by sweating. Pathic working condition. With horrible noise from the ac. We couldn't sleep properly. I will give zero rating for this hotel. Please dont waste your money by staying here

We had a pleasant stay at delta. Neat and tidy rooms. Staff behaviour was also very nice

Small property but clean abed safe. Rooms have average size. Clean linen. Located in a quite area within the town. Many restaurants nearby.

But lot of restaurants nearby. For morning tea u have to go out.

Excellent place and neat rooms n well maintained toilets

Worth for money. Excellent room, clean, spacious and well behaved staff
