Very bad experience. Short of staffs, not clean rooms, even toiletries were not proper, had to ask twice for the same. In some rooms geysers are not working and in some rooms tv is not working. Yes food was good

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The rooms were clean and comfortable. All the staff were very welcoming and eager to help. Overall i had a very good experience

The rating is based on following points: 1. Initial room provided was not the one booked. It was downgraded room with dirty floor and towels. 2. The second room was provided on the second day and the washroom had issues of water logging on the floor. 3. The staff was very cordial and provided prompt service wherever required.

Location was good. Food was okay. Room amenities were at par but not best of quality. Some amenities were also missing. Room hygiene was okay.

It is in the main town, communication is good, servicesis nice and clean. Reception people are well behaved polite and friendly.

Staff was well mannered, near to shops, room was neat and tidy but bathroom sink was not working properly water was taking time to drain through the floor
