Very badly maintained hotel, exactly adverse of what pictures shown, no water in toilet seat, no ventilation in room, lacking cleanliness! roof top was very dirty! horrible kitchen on rooftop ! even no tea available when arrived late night as train arrives at 2. 30 am not recommended

Room condition was very very bad. Pillo towel everything was very dirty.

Its not hotel it look like cheap lounge near railway and bathroom, bed sheet, pillow everything is stinking very badly and only few young kid who take of everything. Overall very bad experience

Room was very dirty including the wash room. Wash room taps were leak. Shower was not acting as a normal tap. Service is also not good and they take too much time to respond. Hot water is not available. We booked a package tour for desert with the same hotel but they skipped one point due to insufficient information for time planning. In the desert there were also a lot of issues like the dinner food test was very bad and the same situation for breakfast. Water supply was not available in the morning and hot water was also not available. Terrible stay even spending higher charges for staying. The package which was offered to other guest at rs 1000 pp and for the same package we were charged rs. 3500 pp. It was just terrible.

Worst experience with Kotwal Haveli Jaisalmer Not at all facilities 1. Room housekeeping not done bed room was too dirty 2. Washroom pot was very bed condition 3. Yellow colored tiels in the bathroom 4. Room Size is 8X9 feet it too small at this cost curtain rod fallen at midnight. Exhaust fan was not working in the room. Late night and early morning noise in the room from occupants and civil working started on roof

It was a terrible experience being a first-timer. We were shown 4 rooms and all of them were dingy and stinky. The towels, pillow covers and bed sheets were pale and unclean. On the top of it, the toilet seat was broken and the flush tank was not working properly. The staff was very non-cooperative, as we couldn't change our room. As we were very exhausted already and we had no more energy left to explore more hotels, thus, we had no other option but to force ourselves to stay in the concerned hotel (kotwal haveli. This kind of experience, that too the first time,

Worst hotel, the pics shown in mm t and in reality is way different. The stay feels even worsen than a dharamshala stay. Nothing is good, neither rooms nor bathroom nor food. Totally waste of money. The only ok parameter is that it is very closer to the fort so you talk a walk for that.

I have never seen such bad hotel there was no service in this hotel, room was so dirty, bathroom was not cleaned, bed sheet pillow ware not washed and had so many stains, hotel staf was rude not ready to even change the bedsheet and pillow. The room was smelling so badly. Never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good stay clean rooms clean washroom good location and view but there was no ventilation or exhaust in washroom restaurant needs upgradation

Very small room with broken toilet facilities, no hot water (upon request they did provide heating rod) bed linens and bath towels were poor quality, old and torn. The room was stinking as well. Reception counter staff was laid back, did not bother to provide room though we checked in early and rooms were empty on arrival. Not recommended.

Stay was very poor. There was no water in the washroom and even room was very smelly. Staff was also not supporting and food was pathetic.

Property location is good. Walking distance from fort.

I booked delux room still i got dirty & messy room. Toilets are like public toilet no hygeine & cleanliness. Wasted my 6000- of 2days i recommend don't go to this hotel, even owner & staff members were too rude after asking them about cleanliness.
