Food quality was like bad. Room has dirt everywhere. Food was served even cold.

Had booked this place for a two night stay from mm t well in advance and had got a booking confirmation as well. Upon reaching the hotel at 9pm with my mother who is 65 years old i was told by the owner that they don't have a room available and that they had cancel-led my booking and sent a mail to mmt. I was bluntly told that they don't have any room available and we can fend for ourselves. They did have rooms available but denied booking through mmt. After frantic calls to the customer care i was also confirmed by mmt that the hotel is denying check-in. Later on one of the owners can-me in to apparently offer help and pitched a suite. I was left with no choice but to agree looking at the situation that i was travel-ling with my aged mother. Very hard to believe that mm t has listed the place without their consent and i was not notified. Really felt like a scam and wouldnt recommend this hotel. Very negative vibes and inhospitable staff. Location at the beginning of jaisalmer and nothing nearby, on a main road. Breakfast buffet cold with just basic parantha poha up-ma and bread! egoistic and conning owners. I was helped by mmt to find another place in an hour but it was late and i had to pay from my pocket but it was totally not worth.

This hotel was having too good ambience. Initial we had issue while check in but mm t staff sorted out for us. Every aspect of hotel was very nice. Their chef is serving too good and tasty food. Only issue with washroom’s tap was not working properly

Bakwas hotel, not cleaned, derty, marks on blanket and khushan.
Derty hotel rooms, not. Cleand. Not gore family. I think hotel is for in-married couples

Not at all hygienic. Tasteless food, slow service and small rooms. No space to move in rooms no windows or very small windows in room, you hardly breathe in without AC. Far from city, no view from room. Basic facilities were unavailable. Dirty rooms. Not worth as per its cost.

Room was good, served with basic needs, food quality was also nice, found nice stay at Radhika hotel.
Tell them to provide basic shaving kit too, because market is almost one kilometer to get these things.

Due to off session 24 hour hot water was not available.

The service was quick and dinner was yummy. The buffet breakfast was cold and variety was limited but they warmed it on request. Room was v clean and comfortable. Loved the stay. The staff was cooperative

It seems a house has been converted into a hotel. Almost all hotels have similar structure. Rooms are small and very basic. We reached late in the night, the staff was courteous to greet us and arrange for the dinner. Breakfast options are limited. They have a roof top dining which is decent to get a view of small the city of gold. Overall a decent stay for the money you spent.

The location was average, but was almost connected to city. Room and service were quite good. Hot water was available for limited hours that too during winter. Overall it was above average experience.

Average Bill not given as promised by make my trip. Even initially they offered room other than booked. Service needs improvement. Food quality not up to the mark. Staff needs to be more professional and cooperative.

Good experience, rooms are nice and clean, good house keeping, tasty meal and break fast. As per terms hotels had to provide bill with GST. But they decline to give additional bills. At last have to return without bill.

Specially staff are very humble, since I have stayed 3 days, and they accepted my bank cheque also. Really appriciate. Since I used to travel a lot and most of the place the hotel guys used to accept the cash or card but never cheque. And it is really appreciate that they'll accept the cheque for my room services.
