Spacious rooms and location was good ...cleanliness excellent..overall good trip .

Very near to imagica and della. We stayed for 3 days and enjoyed the stay. And feel the family atmosphere. Travel-led with family enjoyed fully. And had great time. Services was at par with that of 3-4 star hotel

Nice clean property with a good caretaker and a friendly owner. If one does not fuss over the lack of a pool this is ideal for a quiet but fun stay. The kitchen was so well equipped that we - a group of seniors decided to cook ourselves! what lacked was provided promptly. However things we really missed were, no air-conditioning in the drawing room where a group will spend most of the time ( it was 33 celsius in mid feb, no wifi connection and mosquito repellent. Overall we had a good night out. Special thanks to the owner for letting us extend our stay till 12pm.

We really loved the house it was kept very clean and the house is well equipped. also it is maintained very well. One can stay very peacefully at Kole's Recidency. 👍

I would describe this place as a perfect place for a group of friends to spend some quality time. The things which i liked the most are, the huge balcony with the main bedroom. The rooms were very clean and everything functioned properly. The washrooms were also very clean. We enjoyed playing carrom a lot. Thanks for keeping it. But i would like to thank the host most of all. Thanks for helping out with all the queries and getting all the things that we needed. The behaviour of the caretaker was also very good. This specially made the stay better. I would love to go back to the same place next time as well.
