No restaurant facility. bedsheet was dirty. Room was not clean. Room size is very small. 2900/ is too high for such hotel.

hy sir I have not allowed in the hotel because staff asked me give proof wheather are you married or not but I am married that time I don't have proof but at this time I reached home I have proof i am married. please give me fund back. thankyou

They are very rude. They didn’t provide us hitter and also the behaviour of staff is not good. Don’t book this villa guys

Location is totally different from the given washroom without hot water very smelly washrooms not responding to phone calls

beautiful hotel staff very friendly. Breakfast buffet really nice lots of choices. Had an evening meal, for such a large hotel prices very reasonable. . Great service. Will be going back.

The cook did not serve until we called numerous times. Also the place was not properly cleaned and prepared. We liked the location but felt there could have been better hospitality for the amount we paid

It was a terrible experience for us at the Guest house since our check in at the hotel. The host is out. We have booked two rooms for four of our family from 22-24 April. The description given by the hotel authority is totally false. The property is situated at the end of a village Ganeshbal which is more than 2 k.m. away from the main market area.There is just not any local conveyance to go to the market, Every time you go to the market you have to hire a car by paying। 500-600 rupees each. Pahalgam has a problem of frequent power cut even then their power back up was not in a working condition. There was a chilling cold less than। 4 degrees in the afternoon even then the electric blankets at both the rooms were not working due to low voltage and frequent power cuts.They didn't even provide room heaters at the rooms even after repeated requests. There was no working WIFI there. The caretaker didn't take care of all those things even after repeated requests. At last we decided to change the hotel and booked another property and when we were preparing to leave the property the host rushed towards us and resisted us arrogantly from leaving the property about facing dire consequences.We somehow managed to escape and shifted to the new hotel at night about 8 p.m. the same day.Don't book this property in any circumstances whatsoever.
