worst stay of my life
familyI am a frequent traveler..,i won’t recommend this hotel for family stays..,we had 2 rooms that were not hygienic at all..,floors were not cleaned., garbage under sofa.,dust on tables and worst nightmare was that curtains were dirty with lipstick marks all over them.,bathroom shower curtain were not clean, we changed the room but other room was also same..,food menu was full of items but only 5items were offered to us.,and the operator told us to visit Punjabi rasoi which was nearby Dhaba if we need to have anything else for Dinner.. At last after all this situation i changed the hotel nearby.

The hospitality was zero receptionist doesn’t even bother for any guest welcome busy with her phone this hotel doesn’t even provide dental kit bathing kit nothing basic aminities was zero pathetic place to stay

Good location
Location is good. Property is also good. But room is small, even washroom is very small. But dinner is good. Breakfast is pathetic. Overall okay stay.

Very bad hotel
Location of the hotel was good. Rooms were very dirty. Food was very bad. Staff was very rude. Unnecessarily expensive hotel.

Worst ever experience
I recommend not to visit the hotel ever, it's a hostel, not a hotel. Hotel rooms are not clean and spacious. My washroom is bigger than their hotel room. Hotel main gate will be closed after 11 and you cannot go out. Wifi doesn't work it's just to impress you that we have wifi. Front desk employee doesn't have the manners, they don't know how to speak with someone who is paying you to stay. I must say the biggest mistake ever made by me while booking a hotel.

Food was OK but there was a cockroach in the tea pot and also they keep food menu list price is low and at reception it was high, when I asked the reason they say how can be the price will be low of this item. Why I will think this, I just check the price and order.

Average stay as per budget. Was too far from shimla.
Room was small, bath towels are very old, also find unused things in the room which was says no body stay here so long.

Outside the Simala location is not good very dry type place. I was with my kid room was small and no AC is there in room they provide table fan my plan was with breakfast but no more choice of breakfast
