There was nobody to attend us and check in was also denied. hotel was located at very poor place. very bad experience.

Kasauli nature vault is a awesome place to stay with family and friends. We enjoyed the live bbq and outside activities. Rooms are quite spacious with lovely view from the balcony. Highly recommended. S pl thanks cook mr. Lalit.

Everything was peaceful and perfect. The view the silence and the magic of sky was just out of the world. We loved the hotel and want to return some day to enjoy it again.

Very basic service apartments. It's a no-frills bhk with housekeeping done by a group of locals. The location is very quaint and the last patches of road are almost non-existent, so you need to be a skillful driver to reach this place. For the price we paid, we could have easily got a decent hotel in a more accessible location, and with breakfast included. So booking this place did not feel value-for-money at all. Apartments are on the 2nd and 3rd floors, so be prepared to use the stairs every time that you want to get up or down. The front balconies do provide a good view of the valley, so that may be a saving grace for someone who likes hills. Food was again basic but tasty. However, they charge a bomb for the food as well, because there are no places close by to eat and you are almost trapped there to eat what they prepare. To sum up, if you are getting a really good deal for this place and you wanna cut yourself from the world for a few days, this secluded vault may be good place to lock yourself up!
