Review Of Kasar Serenity Resort

The hotel was extremely overpriced for what we got in the rooms, since it was very cold so we asked for room heaters to which they said it’s chargeable 350/room, we checked in at 8 pm and were asked to check out at 10:30 am, in conclusion their approach towards us was as cold as the weather, the view and food was nice.

The staff is mysterious and totally rude. U will get a good english speaking manager on call however when you land there in reality, you have some cons waiting. They might scold you for letting the lights on post 8 am. Your privacy gets invaded as and when too. Very funny, they didn’t like something and went on to flattering the car tyres. Seriously, it’s never go place with worst hygiene.

Rooms were comfortable. Location of property is at 1km distance from kesar devi temple. View from the property is mesmerising. Food is below average. Cleanliness also needs to be improved.

Hospitality is very poor of this resort. Staff is also very rude. No cooperation of hotel manager and other staff. Rooms are very dirty and they provide expiry bathroom soap. Overall not good to stay with couple.

Good to stay, clean rooms with good services

We had a horrible experience as a family! as we checked in our super deluxe room we witnessed lots of dust in room(on the walls, side table, bed, water jug, almirah, cob webbs on the walls, used bed sheet and pillow covers from on bed, left overs in dustbins, filthy stinking bathroom. We were shocked to see all this, this is what we paid for? we paid a handsome amount, equivalent to a three star hotel. Callus staff attitude and dumb manager and reception staff! finally got the room and everything cleaned under own supervision. Food was reasonably good! only point worth telling is its great location! that's it!

I opted for super deluxe room with queen size bed. But i found that the bed was a regular one with no deluxe facilities. The room was over expensive in comparison to its interior which was of below average quality. Disappointed

apart from food quality there was nothing good about the hotel. Even there was very less variety of food. No facilities has been provided in bathroom like. After using washroom the water remains in floor and oneself need to wipe it by her own. The room was cleaned when the person himself asked to do so. The after food cleaniness is also been neglected, people pick plates of dinner in next morning. The major issue was of security, No guards no restrictions and no bifurcation in betwèen hotel and restaurant. one night we were all alone in hotel, no other family was there, still no security, moreover it was a jungle village area where wild animals could come but still no one to take care of it. As the hotel was located at very lonely place there were no recreational activitie for kids or for elders to get engaged and enjoy.

Easy to approach location, good food, prompt service.

We stayed there for a day and included breakfast as an option. Since we booked from mmt, the amount was paid in advanced. They have various breakfast options but when we ordered from the list they initially said it won't be readily available. Then when they agree to serve the same, it was served cold. The issue was raised with the manager to which they bring the burgers burnt the next time with tissue glued to the base. This was really disappointing especially as i was travel-ling with my parents. We were charged around 1. 5k for the breakfast and was served parathas and tea for this amount. Please decide for yourself.

It was an amazing experience. Views were mesmerizing from the resort and had a wonderful stay with good food and very co operative staff.

Simply loved the place and its ambience. You can see the snowy himalayan peaks from your room. Such a lovely place to be at. The food is also very good and so are the staffs. You can enjoy a bonfire in the evening. This is the place to be at, if you need someplace away from all the crowd and noise. Would definitely book again if i visit almora in the near future.

Kesar serenity has the finest ambience and an unmatched breathtaking view of snow peak himalayan range including peaks such as trishul, chowkhamba and nanda devi.
