The stay at karakkatt holiday home was good. No frills and thrills. All basic needs fulfilled.

Exterior looks great, rooms are small and no hot water facility in all the rooms. But the caretaker helped us a lot

The booked property check in time is 12:00 noon. We had been there by 12:30 p. M. The attendent at the property is unaware of booking. Took 30 min to confirm that we actually booked. Later he said, it is to be cleaned, it takes 30 minutes. He asked us to see a dam in the neighbourhood. We returned at 3:30 p. M. Two rooms were ready. One room had wash basin. Other without it. The property was in outskirts known as *muttil south, not kalpetta* as mentioned in the address.

The room was very poor. Inside the bathroom no towels. And also not given sheet. Tv is not working and their is no internet facility as well. Not getting hot water properly. It was a terrible experience

When i booked for twin bedded room for four people they have provided me a single queen bed and saying that’s what a twin bedded means. I couldn’t sleep all night

It's good ambience and infrastructure

The room was not upto the price. The room was clean, beds were neatly arranged. Tv wasn't working, power sockets weren't working properly. It was an ok ok stay.

Very bad room. Non hygiene bathroom/toilet. Not even drinking water was available

It's not worth the money they are asking. Rooms are not clean. No hygiene, no wifi.

Location of the room is easy to identify. It is like a lodge only, not upto the mark for the room cleanliness and maintenance. Not recommended for the families \

Good worth for money best for middle class people

There was no wifi as said in the description. There was not even a soap offered by the homestay we had to buy it ourselves in the morning. No one could be found in the reception hence there was a very little interaction with the host

Very very very bad. During booking its updated its twins bed room. But its single bed and room was 7x7. Dont book.

The quality of the stay was very poor. Please don’t book it.
