Everything is so smooth,neat and clean, polite staff and so much friendly towards their customers!! No disturbance at all. Every process is so easy and fine. Must visit and stay at Kamal Inn for once. Whenever I go their I stayed always in Kamal inn.

The food was good but the room was terrible, not a single window opened in the room. It was smelling badly and the bed sheets were not washed properly and not even the room was clean properly either.

This was the terrible hotel i have seen ever. The worst hotel in the world and i will give you advise that don't not visit it because it will save your money as well as one thing that they have not mentioned is it is both vegetarian and non vegetarian. The room was very bad if it is come in cleaning process and nothing was good here at all

Overall, it is average, and the ambiance of property is very different from advertisement. No proper car parking facilities, ac is not properly working for room no 206- temp is reflecting 17 degree and make us feeling like 24.

The location of the hotel is near to ta-rang crossing and can be easily located. Ambeince of the hotel is okay. Room was not that spacious. The only major concern was cleanliness. I would cleanliness to be average. Food was delicious.

We spent one night at this hotel and it was perfect for what we needed. The staff were very polite and helpful throughout our stay and even helped me with a bigger room for my early check in situation. Hotel had good wifi, hot water and air con. We also ordered food to the room which was just delicious, also the location is really nice and near the tourist attractions. I cannot fault this place and would recommend it to anyone.
