seepage in room, smelly bedsheet................

Had very bad experience. Allotted 4 to 5 room one after other with many deficiencies to all rooms. At last managed to stay in one room for sometime and went to other room only sleeping with only fan. AC was not at all effective. Already shared photos previously

according to my experience Hotel is below average. mosquito is the main problem. fan speed regulator was not working in my room Aircondition is not working. food is ok staff is very good and helpful location is good

Location is little bit conjusted, food item available after 8 am, room is not cleaned properly otherwise everything is good.

No, it was not a hotel as shown during booking, very old property without any good facilities, no brake fast before 8:30 am

Main staff on the reception did misbehave with us on the name of complaint regarding ac. When i was on the my way after checked-out that staff called me and again threatened us like abhi jante nhi ho kaya ho jaega etc etc. I have call recording. Complaint made for- ac not cooling through stay, no phone in the room, no tv, in my 10 year of experience of my journey i never seen this type of badtameez staff. 1 staffs was good who did clean the washroom.

This is worse than the worst guest house u've ever stayed. Bad rooms, moist walls, dirty smells, sheets with cockroaches everywhere. Would not stay here if it's the last hotel left on earth !

No hot water and lift. No food is available 😭 The hotel is inside the lane. As the lift is not there it is not comfortable with senior citizens.

Location well, and peaceful environment i recommend this property, the best property in gorakhpur. Some improvement need i. E. Food service

The location is very remote. , room is ok, but the bathroom is the worst, with marks all over the floor and a constant bad smell, it's difficult to survive. The only thing good is that the staff is very humble and polite.

The rooms are clean and the environment is perfect for the stay, the staffs are very supportive and helps in every possible way, all the amenities were provided as listed.

Worst hotel ever visited. Nothing was proper at the hotel. I booked a suite but the room was a kind of a suite. Latch of the bathroom was broken, the television set was out of order. Bed sheets was all dirty with pillows extremely dirty.
