The stay was really nice. The room and restroom was well maintained. The receptionist personnel was friendly and helped me navigate through the place. The food served in restaurant was also good but a little time consuming.

room is not clean that much, lot of noise around and tv didn’t work.. also service not good that much…overall not good

It was average stay room and washroom was good location was good, hotel services was poor and staff behavior was good. Overall it was an average stay. I would not like suggest.

I was searching for a one night stay at kodungallur and all the other hotels nearby seemed to be too costly or underrated. Kallada residency was a quick choice based on budget and it seemed to be worthed for money. If you have a car then the location is easily accessible to the town and temple.

Stay was fine. All facilities in room were good. There was no phone facility either to reception or restaurant. Anyhow it was fine.

It was a nice stay we would love to come again.
