Terrible experience, room are not cleaned, no sanitisation. Room services were pathetic! bathroom didn’t have hot water facility. Over a horrible experience. Only good thing was manager’s behaviour! very gentle person.

New hotel, away from city traffic

The hotel is ok. It is a non ac-hotel. Hotel doesn't serve buffet breakfast in December or off season. Limited food options from the menu.

Room heating was not there. Water was almost normal not heated in bathroom, in wash basin cold water was there. They couldn't provide buffet breakfast at 8 Am in morning, they provided only bread and tea. For room heater they charged extra money. It is not Luxury Hotel but in my opinion it is low cost Hotel but charging high price.

A good Hotel

Hotel is pretty good and the Hotel service is also nice. As we are the only in the Hotel so some services are not available at a time but the next day everything is perfect.

Good Hotel

Went with family on this trip. Hotel staff behavior was very good. They were very polite and humble. Nice view from the Hotel and from the room also. Nice small garden in the Hotel. Overall a very good experience.

Not satisfied with the room and toilets

Toilets are not up to the mark as flush was not working properly and there was a continues flow of water and as I stayed there for more than one day still Hotel staff didn't change bedsheets and towels
