Need to improve cleanliness. There was cupboard, hangers but no rod to keep hangers. Location is a big plus.

Everything is good. Front office people need little more training for pleasing the visitors. Especially first time comers. They rectified their mistake and behave me very good after 10 minutes. That attitude is good. No smoking rooms available for smokers.
