Terrible Stay

Its terrible there was no power rooms were bad smelling wash rooms were bad and con-jested with bad smell and different insects were roaming around. i left room in morning due to discomfort but i booked hotel on credentials totally disappointed

Hello sir, As we already discussed with you about the power issue due to the terrible storm …that night it rained so much that it was not possible to turn on the generator in time . Coming to the washrooms and cleanliness of room, we always maintain them so well. You sir haven’t paid for water bottles and for extra bed and we let it go for the inconvenience happened to you even though it’s not our fault. We can’t risk our staff to go in a heavy thunderstorm to on the generator . We tried our best but we didn’t expect this from a guest. Thank you.

Very good hotel, hospitality, care taken by management of hotel. Owner personally taking follow up of everything. He also supports for local transportation too. I would like to suggest n my friends and family members for the same hotel.
