I booked a hotel for 2 days staying with complementary breakfast 1 day I will get the breakfast very poor quality and on the 2nd day I can't get the breakfast. i will pay the full amount they can't deduct the breakfast amount.

This is the worst hotel i never seen i booked a hotel once after reaching there they said we cancel-led the booking but i did not cancel-led and did not provided room and they did not returned my amount i never seen this type and they are very arrogant while speaking with the customers
