Ambience and Lenin needs to be improved. Rest rooms are not properly maintained. Room service is not available. No restaurant available in this hotel

The room was neat and clean. All the amenities were good. Best option for solo travellers. Inhouse food and dying not available. You need to get the food from outside . Location is Easy Access to Tourism places.

It was good but we had some issues like ac was not working and no room service but the room was good it's near to main centre it's easy to find

Linen are not changed, dirty ones were given and not changed even after complaining. Stinking rooms, didn’t change after request. Not enough parking space available. Rooms very small and no kitchenware provided even though mentioned.

“I had a very disappointing and unacceptable experience at Super Townhouse Rajahmundry. The hotel charged for what they called ‘complimentary breakfast’ for two days, but all that was served was a plain onion dosa with a water bottle. This is not just poor service, and Future travelers should be cautious before booking this property. Hotel is good

It was okish good for budget stay the amenities was not there, there wasn’t event water in the room

Worst stay. . Hotel not have a parking stillstill they mentioned itms are not clean. Foul odor from room and bathroom. Linens are very dirty and asked them to change stillstill are dare dirtyO NOT BOOK BREAKFAST . They give breakfast in a polybag (plastic carry bag) with no tea or coffee . They gave dosa wrapped in news news paper for no sambar or chutney. And no coffee or tea . Only 1 staffstaff who i am on reon receptiont Hoteltake carry lagguage bag. We have to carry our own. Also, on our floor the entire garbage is spilled. Liquor bottels stale food and entire dustbin was down.

Bed sheet was not clean had blood stains on it washroom was below sub standards no shampoo or body wash was provided
