Food quality and test is really good. Chef and restaurant staft is polite and attentive. We stayed in an elite room. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable

Room is not clean, toilet flush is not working, door locks not working ,bakwas breakfast,not connected to road

beautiful place out side the town, good hospitality and nice room. Food was very tasty. only one drawback we faced that check out timing.

Location is 3 km away from Sripad Srivallabh Mahasamsthanam . Hotel is not fully functional. Their restaurant provides only limited dishes . Staff is not well conversant in English and Hindi. They speak only Telugu. Though I was entitled to get a kettle in the room they didn't provide me one. I had to ask for a kettle and cups. No glasses were provided in the room. No toiletries. Bed was creaking. Mattress and blanket were ok. Cleanliness is well maintained. Since the hotel is away from the main town rickshaw is not easily available. You have to call a rickshaw which takes about fifteen minutes to arrive. It is not a three star property. At the time of check in I was told that breakfast will be served at 7 am but it was served at 8-15 am . So I will not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a good stay.
