hotel SR GrandPark Regency

I booked 2 rooms for all my family....after entering the hotel they are telling that only one room available...we don't know how 2 rooms are booked...they also saying cancel the second room but process they are told... after argument for some time they gave the room.... in that too they gave small room... ..very bad experience at that mid night with small kid and aged people...

Horrible maintenance of the hotel.prices are very high .Not good place to stay with family

The hotel is very basic version for any tier 3 cities. the entrance of the hotel and reception is very cluttered when I entered and extremely sultry when I entered. The room is good enough to sleep .the wash floor tiles are not cleaned properly.The bathroom is narrow and less Bair circulation. the lift corridor and lift and are too small and u may feel little calaustrophibic.havent taken and other services from restaurant.

Worst hotel low quality bed bed bugs also on bed receiving also not good don’t recommend for accommodation i stay in 15 mins only

Hotel and room is very good...service boys and staff are very good...staff has answered every question with patience at the time of check in...overall stay and everything is excellent...looking forward to stay in SR Grand Park Regency in Samalkot 😊

As on 18. 12. 24 i am stay at this hotel. Room is good but hot water problem and room service not available even in ac room.

Receiving not good from hotel management

Very very disgusting. Lot of cockroaches and ac not working. Loosing faith on make my trip by putting these type of hotels in their app.

Not worth for the money and the staff is unprofessional. The ratings while booking is wrong. Non hygienic environment.

Pleasant room and housekeeping also good

Rooms are so clean and ambience is so nice. Nice maintainence and very near to railway station. A/c and heater to be maintained well

When we went there was no one to attend and allot the rooms for us. We had to wait for so long to get rooms. The rooms were very dirty and stinking. There was stains on the bed sheets and pillow covers. When we asked for new covers they told the laundry has not come. So they didn’t change for us. There was a lot mosquitoes and the mosquito coils did not work only. We asked for towels when we checked in but they gave it to us in the morning. No proper hot water also. The toilets were also so dusty and not in proper working conditions. It was very tiny space and we could hardly move in there. Over all very bad experience and would not recommend this place

A very small room, ac not functioning, cleanliness bad. Overall it was a horrible experience. I had lot of belief on mm t as a regular traveller but this horrible experience makes me think twice before booking with mm t

1. Parking is the biggest issue. 2. Rooms have fans and ac which works as just one temperature and speed 3. Only single water bottle for 1 room 4. Restaurant is for name sake. Food items are less than actual menu 5. Price is much hire than its value

Hotel was not so decent. Staff were not so active. Not having the feeling of good stay. No intercom, (but declared while booking by mmt)
