And tv report provided that if we want to watch tv we need to call out service guy he will switch on tv with his remote and go

Bathroom window glass panel broken, not suitable for ladies use. No water bottle and tea/coffee facility available even during morning tea, lift kelt non operative, no dedicated vehicle parking available, set top box remote not working.

Bad experience
After charging 2k they won’t provide water bottle and hot water. Going with make my trip they are not providing good rooms. If you call them directly for them only they give good rooms. Even make my trip couldn’t help me they told me to check with the hotel management. It was cold out side i have to take cold water bath and checkout.

Disappointment-in-kakinada
I have earlier stayed in grt, sarovar though we should not compare rl-grand with them, i definitely like to compare this with my stay in venky's-residence, kakinada. Rl-grand actually lacks any grand-ness on the ground. It may have general restaurant business with may be active with event organization in hotel. Well, then the resident guests will take a beating. Receipt-ion shows no courtesy at all. Its just casual. Guests are left to their own fate. Rooms are old. But kept neat within their capability. The bathroom windows was completely spoil t but they do not care to repair. There is a provision for fridge in the hotel but with out any physical fridge. When asked receipt-ion he told no such things available in this hotel. The way he communicated, it was quite discourteous. You would never dare to ask a thing again with the person in command. Perhaps he did not mean to hurt, but he is definitely not trained how to talk to the guests. It could be that the kind of guests he gets he has to be like that. But i am in for a surprise. I have booked my breakfast and one major lunch/dinner. He charged over rs. 800- for the purpose. I was in for a very bad experience. I was told to go a general restaurant in downstairs which is managed by a different internal setup. It is looked like a roadside restaurant (photo enclosed. As such there is nothing like a spread to chose things from. He asked what is my requirement. He suggested to take idle or vada. He says he cant give dos a or any other thing. Its like you may pay hardlyrs. 50- or rs60- if you order the same outside the hotel. It ended with a cup of tea. Only difference is that he didnt collect money. The lunch is no different. He simply served veg thali plate. Such a disappointment. Its better not opt for any food in this third rate food-inclusion plan where you stand to lose over rs. 600- on bf-st and lunch put-together. Instead better to eat best meals outside for less price. I informed the hotel for 12 hr stay only, with early checkin at 8am in place of 12 noon. He promptly called me at 18:30 hrs in the evening to enquirer about my vacation when i was busy in work. I got a punch of disgusting feeling. I rushed back and vacated the hotel before 9pm. If you want not to spoil mood and stay in kakinada, this namesake rl-grand can not be a choice.

Remotes will not have access to control ac which is a problem to manage temperature, fan runs at only one speed, washrooms were very poorly maintained, even for towels and stuff you have to contact receptionist and request when you check in. Prices are too high, even for a water bottle which costs around 20 rs outside, you have to pay 30 rs and also additionally 5% gst, hehe. No parking so it's a challenge to park vehicles. I did not say anything to the staff but very disappointed. I was not satisfied for even a single service. They have to work a lot it looks like they just are running the show. Highly not recommended.

Pictures shared are deceiving, hotel sucks i have never lived or seen in such a worst place to stay in my life. Had to get out of this hotel and stay elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommend it to any person. Beds and pillows are worst, weird smell inside the rooms.

The hotel is poorly maintained and very unhygienic. 1. Bathrooms are not clean 2. Ac leaks water 3. Poor service - no towels, bad bedsheets 4. Slow room service - no single point of contact not worth the price you pay for.

Management is good everyone take care of us, but room is not good we can give 2. 5/5, when we enter in room some bad smell we sense, tv connection not working, ac ok , bathroom is good hot water, wifi password not given, we have have to ask, food also ok 3/5, for staff we can you 4. 5/5, take the lift only if you go with stairs, its like store room with some smell, have to maintain a lot, but we have to think also, kakinada is small city for maintenance they want more money but with less coustomer they have, they can't maintain like 5 star hotel, so don't expect more, they give they best only, for total 3/5 rating
