Hotel is reasonably good. It is centrally located. Well Known for veg Andhra thali. Lift and bell boy facility are there. There little or no covered parking for the cars. Need to be parked outside. We ordered Butter chicken through room service. Taste is not so good. Idli and Dosa tiffins are good.

familyFood & service were excellent. Bit of mosquitoes in the room. Breakfast could have been complimentary with the tariff we paid in mmt. Restaurant food prices can be a lower by 10 to 15%

Average Stay
First night, we get very small room and room service and room accessories are not properly working but the very next day, they upgraded our room. I recommend upgrading room services. The quality of food is very good, very hygienic and healthy. Specially filter coffee is one of my favorite. Thanks hardik shah

Poor cleaning
Worst smell. Not maintaining proper facility in room. Basic requirements also need to request to provide.

Hotel jay a is an ok fare. The room is fair and the wash room is well maintained. However the food is horrendous and the morning breakfast is forgettable.

Best hotel for a family to stay in kakinada
Very good hotel, friendly, efficient reception desk! very clean, spic k and span maintenance of rooms, corridors and every nook and corn er. All the attendants and other staff are equally friendly, responsive and efficient. Added attraction is the availability of pure veg restaurant in addition to multi cuisine (read nv) one. Rooms are comfortable and prompt room service is available 24/7. Located strategically close to st bus terminus and rely stn, it is in a largely high end residential area with shopping centers within walking distance! all this combined with moderate tariff makes it value for money from every angle!

familyI am a regular visitor to Dasapalla group.. Except for the amenities, my stay at Jaya Residency was good. You can say best hotel in Kakinada when food is considered…Staff is very courteous… well done team… see you soon… we have a tie up with Vizag Dasapalla

Booked 2 rooms. Rooms are good. Housekeeping is very good but in 1 room we could not get hot water. In the restaurant the food is very good and service is excellent.
