Average stay. Pros: The hotel was neat and budget-friendly, perfect for a one-day stay. The bathroom was clean, and they provided good toiletries. Cons: The bedsheets and pillows were in terrible condition - looked like they hadn't been changed in a while, with black stains. Our room was also filled with hair on the mattress , and despite the staff's efforts to clean, it wasn't up to par. We ended up using our own bedsheet to cover the bed. Hopefully, they'll work on these issues.

Property location was at centre of the city. very near to bus complex and town railway station. parking is good. Room spacious and washroom cleanliness good. Blanket and pillows were not good and had bad smell. There is no kichen. 100 rupees given insted of complementary breakfast.

The maintenance and ambiance was really excellent, this hotel near the bus stand and railway station as well.

Location wise it is at the main road and city Center . Rooms are specious but important thing is linen , towels were so dirty and used . We asked them to change it but the next was even worse. They shut down main connection for AC till evening and then they get started

Property location was at centre of city. Room and wasroom were clean. AC was working well. DIdnt check TV. They provided water bottle at reception while checkin istead of keeping in room. I didnt carry soap and toiletteries were not provided in wash room. When I checked with reception in morning at 5AM they provided them. Didnt check on food and all as I stayed for one night. Its execellent value for money hotel if you are going to Kakinada on business/personal trip where you spend most of the day outside for different works and need decent room in centre of city for sleep at night.

It was a nice experience..but they are plenty of mosquitoes in the room and the washroom as well…may be the water system should be better..it would be nicer if they offered breakfast ..overall it’s a nice experience and a worth for the price..also the staff is great

hotel rooms are not good. lot of insects in the room. staff behaviour is also worse. Parking is also the worst. The only good thing is location.
