very bed behaviour and also too rude.... bathroom also too small and not water bypass... zetspray also not working.... to dirty bedsheet are provided... not came to clean the room... worst experience ever

finding hotel was easy, staff was friendly and rooms maintained clean amd neat iam completely happy with this stay

I have booked 3 rooms. 2rooms will be triplex and one room will be delux with 3500. When i visited hotel, hotel management was not given the proper rooms which i booked and they are saying very rude. Finally, they have given normal rooms. I am very disappointed with hotel management. Please tc and requesting you to please refund my amount

Staff is good and supportive. Ambience of room is not good. No changing of room bed sheets on daily basis. No geyser for hot water. Hotel surroundings are not good for a family stay

In the makemytrip your showing check in : 12. 00pm and check out : 12. 00pm. But hotel owner said that, check out time is 11. 00am to the online bookings. And they are demanding the check out the room, and make calls in every 1 minute after 11. 00 am

It was good but no soap no bath towel arranged tv was not on. Bed was quite hard to sleep
