Poor Stay
staff communication is not at all fair so better not select this hotel if a guest came to sit in a room its chargeable for every two hrs

Excellent Stay
Good location near Draksharama Temple and Fashion Park. Room had all basics with a fridge, and parking was safe. Staff also suggested nice local restaurants.

nice stay
The room was nice but amenities like Wi-Fi and complementary breakfast was not there and the staff was unable to rectify

good but disappointed
The hotel stay was overall good, and the staff were friendly and polite. However, there was a major disappointment regarding breakfast. As mentioned in the booking, breakfast was supposed to be included, but it was not provided. On the first day, when we asked, we were told it would be arranged the next day. However, on the next day, they simply apologized and said they could not provide it. This was quite inconvenient and did not match the commitment made during booking.

horrible. mmt should delist such hotels. no restaurant and the listing is with restaurant. importantly I was charged extra for a 3 people stay despite paying for 3 people at the time of booking. Poor amenities

Terrible Stay
Rooms were clean but AC is not working in 2 out of 3 rooms and cockroaches were found in the room and service was very bad Booked for 3 people with extra bed and they even didnt provide bedsheets on the mattress

We complained about the mosquito and asked for the Mosquito Refill but they refused to offer it and then we asked for room change and they refused for that as well. They were behaving very Rude. I raised a Complaint at midnight 2 times but there was no resolution , I even called in the morning and I was told that the resolution will be given by 10AM but there was no response Then when we asked for the breakfast they told that it will be ready by 9 AM but they didn't arrange it till 10:15 and later at 10:30 they brought breakfast from Outside and just placed it on the table in the room and that too Packed Dosa I raised the above 2 Complaints and I asked for a Full refund and I am still waiting for the response
