Worst hotel service waste of money they are asking extra amount

They denied my check in saying that rooms were full, i booked 10 days in advance but still

A big fat guy sat at the desk. He is the most irritating fellow I hv ever seen. Talking to me as if I came to join in an orphanage. Such an irresponsible and low class attitude. Go to this property only if u have very less money to spend.
