clean and spacious
I have been a frequent traveler to Treebo Sea Heights, Kakinada, staying here almost every month. The rooms are neat, spacious, and comfortable, which is the main reason I keep coming back. However, there are some consistent issues that need attention. The reception staff are often slow to respond, and their body language and approach towards guests could be much more professional. This has been an ongoing concern right from the beginning. Another major drawback is the breakfast quality—it is well below average and doesn’t match the standard one would expect from a reputed hotel chain. Overall, while the rooms are good and convenient, the service and breakfast experience definitely need improvement for a better guest experience.

no ceiling fan.
there is no ceiling fan in the room. so it took a long time to cool the room. there are also lots of mosquitoes in the room. with no ceiling fan and mosquitoes, you can imagine.

worst service
there is no wifi and hand towels are very dirty. wifi not there due to this reason i am not complete my work my hole day collapse. i will not book this hotel again

perfect stay
Comfortable stay. Rooms are clean hygiene and cozy. I had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free.

Food hygiene must be improved!
Rooms are comfortable and well sized and at the Treebo standard. Good AC, very good shower with unlimited hot water. Free parking is available and elevator is available from the parking to reach the rooms. Complimentary breakfast is available but not at the Treebo standards. Staff will try their best, but they don’t have the proper facilities/equipment nor the proper training. Hygiene rules eg are not adhered to regarding the handling of food and food preparation. Up to the point that I could not continue eating there. Also only 4 tables with a total of 16 seats are available, which is not enough during the weekend. Guests were just eating standing up, I took the food and went to my room to eat. Location of the property is in a residential area, quiet but far from the main restaurants and shopping areas of Kakinada.

Regarding facilities
There is not any kind of water facility. On daily basis only 1 litre provided . Breakfast also not available in time& fruit not available.
