Treebo Sea Heights

This was my 5th stay at Treebo Sea Heights, Kakinada, from June 30 to July 2 (3 nights). The Treebo Sea Heights has consistently maintained excellent room cleanliness, which is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. The housekeeping team does a great job in keeping the rooms fresh and tidy, which I truly appreciate. However, the breakfast quality needs improvement — the variety is limited and the taste has dropped compared to my previous visits. Another disappointment this time was the reception staff. Their response was poor, with a lack of courtesy and professionalism that I hadn’t experienced before. Earlier visits had better front-desk support, so this change was unexpected and disappointing. Despite this, I still value the Treebo Sea Heights's location and cleanliness. I hope the management looks into the feedback seriously and brings back the high standards I was used to in my earlier stays.

Rooms are comfortable and well sized and at the Treebo standard. Good AC, very good shower with unlimited hot water. Free parking is available and elevator is available from the parking to reach the rooms. Complimentary breakfast is available but not at the Treebo standards. Staff will try their best, but they don’t have the proper facilities/equipment nor the proper training. Hygiene rules eg are not adhered to regarding the handling of food and food preparation. Up to the point that I could not continue eating there. Also only 4 tables with a total of 16 seats are available, which is not enough during the weekend. Guests were just eating standing up, I took the food and went to my room to eat. Location of the property is in a residential area, quiet but far from the main restaurants and shopping areas of Kakinada.

Yeahhh Food Was Good And There were More Varieties When Compared To Normal Breakfast Loaction Was Also Quite Calm And Good Faciliteies Sooooooo Good I really Like Bathroom And Bed comfort was Sooo Goood Especially 401 room Was So Special For me Its Sooo Free and Spacious

very comfortable stay. Staff is very cooprative,welcome us with smile. Arrange taxi within a minute with reasonable price.The property is new, so there is no restaurant, but they arrange breakfast which is tasty (but limited choice).overall good for family.

Comfortable stay. Rooms are clean hygiene and cozy. I had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free.
